Today is my “off day” from work, but let me tell you – this isn’t a day off!
5 Appointments scheduled, 1 being rescheduled for a different day. Then I should probably do some food shopping or at least some Target shopping for the household. Oh — and fit a workout in!
I like to pace while I’m at doctor’s office, but no one else seems to like that, so I’ll have to find a way to expend energy some other way.
I love having a day off to do these things, but every now and then I want to say off to do NOTHING!
Goal for today: Work out 15+ minutes; 10 Squats; Drink as much water as possible, if there is a bathroom around; Don’t bite anyone’s head off.
